CD Projekt Red has revealed that Gwent: The Witcher Card Game will launch into a public (open) beta on May 24. Regardless of whether you've spent time in the closed beta or not, the public beta will provide everyone with a fresh start.

A livestream with the details of the public beta will be streamed on Twitch tonight starting at 8:00 pm BST (21:00 CEST).

"Public Beta is the next step in the game's development process, one that we'd be honored to continue alongside everyone who's been with us thus far," said Benjamin Lee, Development Director at CD Projekt Red. "It's also a chance for many new gamers to play Gwent for the first time and we're looking forward to making the game even better with their help," added Lee via the press release.

In order to allow for maintenance and preparations for the public beta, the closed beta will end on May 22. The public beta will be available on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
