Twitch sees millions of people watching everything from speed runs to esports, and the service also allows you to donate to streamers if you support their content. Now, though, Twitch is testing two new subscription models for their premium service.
Right now you can support your favourite streamers (if Twitch unlocks them for subscriptions, that is) with a monthly payment of $4.99 USD, if you feel their content deserves that kind of treatment, but in the following weeks Twitch will upgrade its existing subscription tier, adding two new levels ($9.99 and $24.99). This way fans can make sure streamers have a steady income via donations, ensuring the content creators can keep doing whatever it is they're doing.
