Here's some shiny new Code Vein screenshots

We're slowly getting more and more on Bandai Namco's new project.

Last week publisher Bandai Namco teased us with a highly stylised trailer for a new project called Code Vein, and today they officially announced the game and showed the first screenshots. We still don't know a whole lot about the game, but the publisher shared some more information about its backstory on Twitter:

"Bare your Fangs: announcing Code Vein, coming 2018! Lust for Blood and Live for Death As You Search for Answers to the Forgotten Past."

"In the close future, a mysterious disaster has brought collapse to the world. At the center lies a hidden society of Revenants called Vein."

"This stronghold is where the remaining few fight to survive, blessed with Gifts of power in exchange for their memories & a thirst for blood."

Code Vein is said to be developed by the creators of the God Eater series, so what do you think we can expect?
