Quoting sources close to the company, IGN today reports that Krome Studios - Australia's largest development studio and developer of games like Blade Kitten, the PS2- and Wii-versions of Star Wars: The Force Unleashed and the Ty the Tasmanian Tiger games - are closing down. The company already lost 110 employees last year, and the sources say that the reason why they are closing down totally "was a combination of Krome putting too many resources into establishing new IPs that weren't successful, alongside titles based on established licensed underperforming."
