Do you want an English version of Secret of Mana 2?

If so, why don't you show your enthusiasm?

A collection of the first three games in the Secret of Mana series was announced last month for the Switch (but only in Japan), which we reported about. One of the problems is that an official English translation of Secret of Mana 2 (which is actually the third game, while the first one was a Final Fantasy spinoff) doesn't exist.

Since it's unlikely to be a big seller, Square Enix might feel hesitation towards translating this JRPG, but the development of the Secret of Mana Collection is actually made by M2, and now that company's boss Naoki Horii has tweeted that it's totally doable and continues by saying "the best chance would be to show Square Enix your enthusiasm."

If this is something you would like to be made for the first time (Secret of Mana 2 has never officially been launched in the West) and think it seems like a nice fit for the Switch, then let Square Enix know. Probably the easiest way of letting them know is via their Twitter, but there is also a petition if you prefer that (or both).

Would you buy Secret of Mana Collection for Switch if it was released over here as well?

Thanks, NeoGAF.
