Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft started as a PC exclusive game, eventually jumping into the mobile devices, allowing the gameplay to shine on touch screens. Guess what else uses a portable touch screen? That's right, Nintendo's new console, the Switch. So, could Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft eventually make it's way into the Switch? Well according to Mike Donais, Senior Game Designer, it's not out of the question.
Over the weekend the 2017 HTC Winter Championships were held in the Bahamas, and The Express asked Mike Donais about a Switch version of Hearthstone, to which the senior game designer told them that, since "Hearthstone is available on iPads and phones, it's a good discussion worth having".
This is far from a confirmation, and as a Switch game, it would most likely be a touch screen game only, meaning you would have to play it in handheld mode. Still, would you be interested in playing Hearthstone on the Switch?
