Mass Effect: Andromeda didn't enjoy a trouble free launch, and players and critics noticed rather prominent issues with regards to the facial expressions and animations of the characters, which made for plenty of memes and a fair amount of ridicule. More controversy arose as some people tried to shame individuals who probably weren't even involved with this aspect of development to begin with.
In all this time, Bioware has never commented directly on the issue, nor offered any explanation, but Electronic Arts finally took a first step in this direction by recognising the existence of some of the more significant bugs and glitches, publishing a list of possible issues, in which you can find gems like the following: "Running in a zig-zag pattern can result in Ryder entering an unintended animation state".
Now that EA finally seems to be aware of these issues, we hope that Bioware intervenes as soon as possible by releasing a patch that can at least mitigate some of these rather nasty bugs that have cast a shadow over the launch of the sci-fi RPG.
