As of yesterday a new update has been released for Ghost Recon: Wildlands on PS4, with the same update coming to Xbox One today, and this update has been detailed on the game's website.

The update was accompanied by server maintenance, and the objective was to focus on "improving all areas of the game, from gameplay content to connectivity and stability tweaks [...] In addition to that, following the community feedback we received, we have implemented the option to turn off the radios in the game by default, as well as the option to choose the type of vehicle you want to spawn when using the "Drop Vehicle" rebel skill. Now you should have even more tactical options to plan and execute your missions."

There's also new options for hardcore players, and you can now choose what type of intel you want to collect when interacting with NPCs and files, with visual tips turned off.

For full patch notes, head this way. Has Ghost Recon: Wildlands been a standout release so far this year?
