Microsoft has previous said that the upcoming remaster of Phantom Dust would be around 4 gigabytes in size, but now that has been doubled in size for somewhat unexpected reasons. Microsoft's Creative Director Adam Isgreen tweeted the following: "Remember when I said #PhantomDust was ~4GB? It's ~8GB now. Why? We found non-compressed versions of all the cinematics! Upgraded FTW!"
That probably means better quality cutscenes, and after all, the 4 GB extra really isn't much to argue about these days. Isgreen has also confirmed on Twitter that Phantom Dust will use the original Japanese box cover imagery.
Is 4GB a big deal to you?
