According to Venturebeat, Nintendo is increasing Switch shipments in US, and Gamestop expects new shipments to arrive this week, although even that's not enough to answer the demand for online sales.
It was recently reported that Nintendo has already sold 1.5 million Switch units, and that they hope to sell 2 million units by the end of March. SuperData expects the Switch to sell 5 million units by the end of 2017.
Nintendo has already announced that they're doubling their production of the Switch to meet demand, so let's hope that the upcoming games like Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Splatoon 2. and Super Mario Odyssey keep the momentum going.
