Microsoft has detailed some new features coming to the Xbox Insider Program, and there's plenty of stuff being changed.
Custom gamerpics are one of the new features, as you can put a custom image in its place via your console, phone, or PC. Microsoft also said that they "expect it to be in preview longer than other features to ensure it's great for everyone when released."
A 'Join Broadcast' button will also be added to profiles, meaning that you can access the game stream of a player broadcasting their game, and you'll soon be able to hide individual posts on your Activity Feed as well, not to mention pin posts to the top of your feed, and filter posts.
Changes are also coming to Clubs, as well as Looking for Group. "When you create an LFG post, as the owner you will be able to see new vetting cards that include hero stats from gamers interested in joining your party. Hero stats are contextual to the game you're playing, showing you relevant stats like kill/death ratio, rank, or score," Microsoft writes. You'll also be able to search LFG posts from the Achievements tab, and a number of other changes to LFG and Clubs are coming.
More changes include the fact that you'll be able to filter your games by platform, allowing wi-fi authentification through a browser, and more.
"These features will appear for select Xbox Insiders over the next few weeks. We look forward to hearing more from you, and are excited to update our features based on your feedback. Thank you," Microsoft concludes.
Do you think all of these changes are a good idea?
