As reported by Variety, DC's Aquaman won't arrive until Christmas 2018, as the October 5 release date has been delayed until December 21.
Aquaman is part of the Justice League, and so therefore the standalone film release is kind of important for the DC universe, just as the standalone films for each members of the Avengers are. Jason Mamoa will star in the film, and Nicole Kidman may be too.
