If you've been undecided thus far about getting Firaxis Games' 4X title Civilization VI, you now have a chance to try the game out before you buy, as a recent Steam announcement revealed that a demo for the game is now available.
In the demo you can play as Qin Shi Huang on a map with America, Egypt, and Sumeria (this map is fixed), and you'll also have the option to play the tutorial as well, featuring Sumeria and Egypt. Both of these are locked to 60 turns, and once you've completed this you'll then get the option to buy the full game, or you can keep replaying the demo, as you can do this unlimited times.
There's also a 2K publisher sale via Steam as well, so if you do decide to buy the game it's currently 20% off, now costing £39.99. Should all games have free demos?
