Today we received a new video via the Shenmue website showing us how development of Shenmue 3 is going, and in it we can see that Quick Time Events have made their return, which long-time fans of the series may or may not be pleased about.
"It has been a long time since our last update, and we are painfully aware you all have been eagerly awaiting the monthly report," the post prior to the video reads. "All of us here have been so wrapped up in the development process that time seems to have flown by... But no excuses! We apologise for the lapse and will do our best to bring you updates every month. It is [important for] us to keep you informed (without giving too much away of course!) and will do so as promised."
Via the video we also saw snippets of new gameplay too, but only very brief glimpses, like opening a cupboard or moving furniture around. Are Quick Time Events always a bad thing?
