There's also new weapons and skins coming.

Earlier this week we reported that Naughty Dog were close to revealing some new multiplayer DLC for Uncharted 4: A Thief's End, and now we know what that is.

The developer revealed during its livestream that a permanent King of the Hill game mode would be added, where two teams fight over capture points that move around the map. Once the score limit is reached in this mode, the losing team needs to capture Victory Hill before the leading team does, and if they do they get a second chance. If they fail, though, they lose.

New weapons are also coming to the game, including the scoped Competition Pistol, NSAS, and Type-95 guns, with vanity skins also thrown in there too, inspired by Savage Starlight characters (from the comics dotted about in other Naughty Dog game The Last of Us).

This multiplayer update will arrive tomorrow with patch 1.21. Is King of the Hill a welcome game mode?

Thanks, VG247.
