Last year we got to play remastered editions of all of the original's launch maps in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered, and now it's time to enjoy the game's DLC maps in remastered form.

The original Variety Map Pack launched nine years ago, and Raven Software wants to celebrate this by remastering it. This means that you'll get the chance to enjoy Broadcast, Chinatown, Creek, and Killhouse once again. In contrast to the six maps we got in December, this pack will not be free. If you want to enjoy the updated environments (and ten Rare Supply Drops) you'll have to be willing to part with $14.99 (or regional equivalent) when it becomes available on PlayStation 4 on March 21, and in April on PC and Xbox One.

Should Activion and Raven have offered this for free as well, or do you think it's a fair deal?
