If you've been following video games through the years, you've probably seen or heard of Peter Moore. The Liverpool-born man started out in the sports industry, but it didn't take long before he shifted over to a long-lasting career in the games industry. Moore made his way through the ranks at Sega, and ended up becoming the president of Sega of America, before being hired by Microsoft, and later EA. He has always said that he loves video games, but we kind of feel that he just got the one job that could take him away from our beloved industry.

Liverpool FC has announced that the Liverpool fan, aged 62, will enter the role as the club's Chief Executive Officer in June. We're sad to see Moore leave us, but we're all the more glad to see him in what's probably his dream job.

Are you sad to see Moore go?
