Lindsey Lohan has heard that her ongoing legal dispute with Rockstar is heading back to the courts, after she was granted the right to appeal the decision to dismiss her previous lawsuit last year.
Her claim centres around her claims that Rockstar used her likeness in the game without her permission (you can read more about the original case here). Her first legal challenge was dismissed on the grounds that the game is a "work of fiction and satire."
Mob Wives "star" Karen Gravano was also granted permission to appeal a similar decision after her court case was thrown out for similar reasons.
