As reported by Siliconera, Square Enix announced Samurai as a new job for Final Fantasy XIV's Stormblood expansion during the FFXIV Fan Festival in Frankfurt.
Naoki Yoshida revealed Samurai during the keynote, and there's also some new details about it. Firstly the katana will be the main weapon (appropriately), and the job's starting level is 50. Also, the Samurai job can deal pretty hefty damage, and is capable of using new combat techniques.
With For Honor also including samurais, are they the in-thing at the moment?
