Last week we were told that two Hot Wheels cars are coming to Rocket League as DLC on February 21, and now we've learned that those aren't the only eye candy we're getting next week.
Psyonix has just announced that we're also getting a new update next Tuesday, and that it'll include PlayStation 4 Pro support. This will make the game run at 4K/60fps on Sony's strongest console while playing alone or two-player split-screen. It's worth noting that they say only "most arenas" will maintain that frame-rate when playing three- and four-player split-screen.
Don't own a PS4 Pro? Fear not. The update will include some goodies for you as well, including:
• Additional free Hot Wheels-themed post-match item drops, including both Toppers and Antennas.
• A new fan-voted "Player's Choice" crate filled with some of the community's favourite items.
• PS4-specific technical improvements, performance optimisations, and bug fixes.
What's more exciting though - Hot Wheels content, or shiny 4K cars?
