According to the NPD Group, which tracks sales in the US, the PlayStation 4 was the best selling console in the USA in the month of January. Sony also confirmed to GameSpot that four out of the five best-selling games during January were for PS4 too.
This comes after PS4 was the top selling console in the US in December as well, but Xbox One turned out as the best selling console for the second half of the year.
Microsoft said 2017 is still a good start for their console, though, as the number of hours spent playing on the console increased 21%, and there was also an increase of Xbox One sales too.
Which is the more dominant force, though?
