PlayerAttack reports that Ubisoft are sueing BPE Music (The Black Eyed Peas) as the latter have failed to either approve or reject a proposed iOS title based on The Black Eyed Peas. In fact the contract between Ubisoft and BPE Music stated that the latter had ten days to either approve or reject a proposed game, but they have yet to respond to a proposition sent out in March. According to the legal documents filed Ubisoft have spent €181,000 making the game, and are seeking compensations of $1 million.
Ubisoft released The Black Eyed Peas Experience for Wii and Xbox 360 (Kinect) in November last year. On a more personal note I'd like to sue The Black Eyed Peas over that "hump" song...
