Last May we learned that Electronic Arts planned to release a new NBA Live game during the first quarter of 2017. This came as quite a surprise, as many considered the series to be dead due to the fact that the NBA 2K series dominated the market while NBA Live had tanked over and over again. However, it turns out that EA need more time to mount an attack on 2K Sports' dominant series.
They've announced that the new NBA Live game has been delayed to this fall, as they want to release a truly innovative experience.
