Nudity is nothing new in video games: since the 8-bit era we've seen naughty games featuring nudity and sexual content. Most of them where erotic, though, and we had to wait until the last decade to see the first naked characters in other genres. So, even if we can say that seeing a naked human being is not that weird in contemporary video games, for some reason developers have always been pretty reticent about showing a penis.
Well, things are about to change with Conan Exiles, a video game currently in early access, developed by Funcom (The Secret World, The Park), and where the aforementioned penis is being shown from the very first screen. During the character creation process, a slider bar lets you literally choose the length of your hero's dong. What affect the size of an in-game penis has on the quality of one's overall experience remains to be seen.
