Harmonix COO Florian Hunziker has left the developer, and that's to take the job as the new VP of publisher and developer relations at Sony Interactive Entertainment.
This is according to a new report from VentureBeat. The position sees him working on bringing software from outside Sony's walls to PlayStation platforms.
"Early on, most of my focus will be on two key areas. The first is making sure our partners, whether they're a publisher with millions [of dollars] invested in a major franchise or a bootstrapped startup led by a team of passionate developers, get support to easily develop for our platforms and get rewarded for creating great experiences for our fans," Hunziker tells GamesBeat.
Hunziker takes over the position from Adam Boyes, who left last year for a position at Iron Galaxy.
