Microsoft has announced some things that will introduced via updates on Xbox One and Windows 10 next week. The updates focus on four areas: "Streaming, Performance, People, and Competition." For those who enjoy streaming Beam on Windows 10 and Xbox One may be an option as it offers an integrated interface and you're just one button press from inside the Guide on Xbox One. Speaking of Guide, Microsoft are introducing some changes there as well. Regardless of what you're doing a press of the Xbox button will open up the Guide interface on the left side of the screen. Much of the interface has been retooled to cater to players' most used multitasking actions, so you will be able to access GameDVR and even edit clips straight from inside the Guide.
For Windows 10 owners Microsoft are introducing Game Mode to help optimise your computer for gaming. On the competitive side of things new tournaments are coming to Arena including World of Tanks and Killer Instinct.
