King Art has delivered a big patch for all platforms to enhance the performance of their action-RPG The Dwarves. As a patch was made available on Xbox One in December, the patch notes read a little different for each plattform. The studio is now working on a larger content update scheduled for March. This update will add a challenge mode, that will task players with achieving certain objectives such as surviving for as long as possible or dispatching a certain numer of enemies as fast as possible. PS4
- Decreased loading times between different scenes (the game loads most scenes at least twice as fast)
- Decreased restart times in battles (65-75% faster restart times)
- Improved performance through better audio playback handling
- Removed framerate stutters due to audio processing in combat
