There's a temporary solution to The Division's connection issue

PS4 players have been encountering problems to connect to Ubisoft's game.

In recent weeks we noticed a problem in The Division, specifically on the PlayStation 4 version. Many players on Sony's console are getting stuck on the game's connection screen, a problem that is not solved by reinstalling The Division. For now there is no information on when the problem will be solved by Ubisoft, but players have found a temporary solution on the ever-growing topic on the game's forum.

The solution is to start the game normally, but when the warning message about epilepsy appears, click the PlayStation button and navigate to the console settings. Set up your internet connection again (it should be a quick process), and after you've finished testing the connection, return to The Division. You should be presented with a message that the connection failed. Try again, and if all goes well, you will enter the main menu of the game.
