Next month will see the Game Developers Conference 2017 take place, where judges will be choosing the best games of 2016 in ten different categories.
The most noteworthy nominees are indie hit Inside, Blizzard's Overwatch and the surprisingly good Campo Santo's Firewatch. Inside is nominated in six different categories, while Overwatch and Firewatch got five nominations each.
