Buy Kojima Productions' Ludens statue for $2,000
When Hideo Kojima, creator of the Metal Gear series, left Konami to start his very own studio, Kojima Productions, he chose Ludens as the official mascot of his new endeavour. Ludens is an armoured figure who looks like the lovechild (probably not the right word) from a union between Turtles' villain Shredder, and Buzz Lightyear.
If you really like this character, and we mean <b>really like it</a>, then you should head over to Sideshowtoy.com, who just started taking pre-orders for a 158.98 centimetre tall statue of this beast, for the somewhat steep price tag of $1,999.99. We suspect the fact that you can save $15 by signing up for their newsletter won't be of much comfort...
It is however worth pointing our that the statue will be signed by Hideo Kojima himself and that only 150 will be made. Ever. It's also extremely detailed, take a look at this link for more pictures.
