We are only a couple of weeks away from the big reveal of Nintendo's next console, Switch, and as you'd expect ahead of the unveiling of the home console-handheld hybrid, the internet is buzzing with rumours. One of the more likely ones comes from none other than the FCC (Federal Communications Commission), which has received documents relating to the console, which shows that you won't be able to upgrade or replace its battery. You can view the documents yourself by hitting this link. The documents relate to a prototype version of the console, so the design isn't final. With that in mind, perhaps Nintendo has plans to make battery-related changes to the hardware ahead of launch. We'll just have to wait and see.
Thanks, Engadget.
