Let's be honest, Dragon Ball Evolution was a terrible film that managed to make mainstream audiences roll their eyes and fans red with anger. But that's in the past, and the Naruto film (announced over a year ago by Lionsgate) will be much better, right? Well, we're not sure about that, but there's at least one new hint of hope.
Naruto's own creator, Masashi Kishimoto, has announced (thanks Kotaku) that he will be working with the studio and Director Michael Gracey to bring the Naruto live action film to theaters. Not much else was revealed, but having the creator involved is a step up right there.
