Four days ago Ubisoft revealed that they decided to delay the T-Bone Content Bundle for Watch Dogs 2, and now we know that we're getting more new features and changes than expected.
Ubisoft is also going to release an update that includes some nice improvements before the DLC launches. One of these is the option to replay any mission that is part of a Main Operation. It'll also become easier to see if you're in trouble when facing another hacker, as we'll now be able to see other players' Hacker Level when profiling them. It's a good thing that we're also getting new weapon blueprints for our 3D printer, too, and if you find it too easy or hard you'll be glad to know that we're getting adjustable difficulty levels.
The update obviously includes some tweaks to the gameplay as well. Many players have said that there are too many opportunities for the target to accidentally discover the hacker in Hacking Invasions, and Ubisoft has decided to change this by making it so that the target can no longer automatically profile the hacker or their RC. It'll also be harder to find the hacker by exploiting the NPCs, as the search zone will now be three times bigger if the target does an action that reveals the presence of a hacker in their game. Considering just driving around like a maniac? That won't be as effective any more. To help the hacker initiate a download while the target is moving in a vehicle, the hacker can now hold the hack button on the target for a distance up to 120 meters. If the target still manages to escape, you'll be glad to hear that the reward will be based on the percentage of download completed. The Target will now also get extra rewards for escaping, and this also means that if your target disconnects or quits, you'll still get some reward.
These are just some of the stuff included in the update. We're also getting improved leaderboards, shooting mechanics, and more. You can find the full patch notes here. Do you think these changes are for the better?
