Ubisoft are looking to assemble an 'Elite Task Force' of The Division players to give feedback for the game in person at the Red Storm Studios in North Carolina between January 11 and 13 next year, as announced by Ubisoft's Yannick Banchereau on The Division forums.

"In September 2016, we made a strong commitment to improving the game together with you, our community," Banchereau writes. "The Elite Task Force was created to make sure that player feedback would be heard and included in key elements of the game's balancing. 13 of our dedicated players were chosen to be a part of the first ETF group and were flown to Malmö, Sweden, to take part in a three-day workshop at Massive's offices on the future development of The Division. The event was a great success, and the ETF were instrumental in helping us create what would become the game-changing Update 1.4."

"In January 2017, we want to expand the ETF program with a second group of Elite Task Force agents. Just like last time, we will invite this group of players to take part in a three-day workshop - this time at Red Storm Studios in Morrisville, North Carolina - on January 11-13, 2017. The workshop will primarily focus on parts that was left out of the 1.4 rebalancing of the game: The Dark Zone and PvP balancing for Update 1.6."

He also announced the same thing via Twitter, and those who are interested can apply here. Do you think this is a useful tactic to improve the game?
