THQ Nordic has bought a lot of video game property and IPs over the last few years and now own a generous portfolio of brands (amongst others: Darksiders, Destroy All Humans, Stuntman and MX vs ATV). Until now, they haven't released much, but that is about to change next year with plenty of announced games.
Now we might add a Switch title or even two to that list, since the company has cofirmed to have two games under development for the format. It is unclear whether these are exclusive games or perhaps just ports of games in development for other platforms. We'd imagine THQ Nordic would like to get out a version of their karaoke/sing-a-long title We Sing on the platform, but potentially the next Darksiders could see release on the Nintendo Switch. THQ Nordic also owns the rights to de Blob, a franchise that saw some success on Wii, and that it might make sense to bring back.
Thanks, Nintendo-Insider.
