The first two games Annapurna Interactive will publish will be Giant Sparrow's What Remains of Edith Finch and a project by a studio called Mountains, both of which are due early next year.
Annapurna have been involved in films like American Hustle, Zero Dark Thirty, and the amazing Foxcatcher, and these first ventures into video game publishing should hopefully yield the same level of quality.
Mountains, the studio only recently founded by Ken Wong, tweeted their partnership with Annapurna, saying: "We're thrilled to be partnering with the good folk at Annapurna Interactive @a_i to publish our first game!"
