Is The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild coming in June?

And the developers of Xenoblade Chronicles X are working on something completely new.

We've heard a lot of rumours about The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild lately, but most of them have been fairly vague in regards to the release date. Until now.

Laura Dale has been one of the most trustworthy sources of information of late, and now she's posted this message on Twitter:

"Nintendo are internally aiming for a June 16 2017 UK Breath of the Wild Switch release. Aiming Wii U for June 23 2017 UK."

We think June would be a great time for a new Zelda. It would give us a few months to get acquainted with the Switch, while also (hopefully) giving it some room from other highly anticipated games.

Dale also shares some news about the Xenoblade Chronicles X port and what Monolith is working on:

"Xenoblade X port is not being developed by Monolith, they're working on something new ground up for Switch. 2018 earliest. Not launch year."

That's some very interesting intel, and they appear to be true as she's heard that Nintendo has blacklisted her. We rarely see a studio do that if a person is spreading fake rumours. Take that as you will.
