In the last few days the pokémon Ditto has appeared in the hugely popular Pokémon Go, and trainers worldwide have been catching it and sharing their excitement that this classic pokémon has finally made its way into the game.
Ditto has come into the game disguised as other pokémon, so there's no way to tell if you've caught it until you catch whatever it's disguised as. Some people apparently didn't even realise they had caught it because they didn't check their recent catches.
Once caught, Ditto will use transform in gyms automatically, copying the pokémon you're facing. Whether he proves to be a great battling pokémon, however, remains to be seen.
Who knows which pokémon out there are actually a Ditto in disguise, so there's every reason to get searching, especially since there's a Pokémon Go double XP Thanksgiving event as well. Do you have a Ditto?
