The Rocket League modding community has made quite a few impressive levels since launch, but has been forced to go through a few detours to make them available for others. That's about to end.
Psyonix has announced that Steam Workshop Levels are coming in December. When live, PC players will be able to upload their custom levels to the Steam Rocket League Community Hub without having to edit game files.
All you have to do if you want to play one of these levels is subscribe to the new Arenas in the Workshop section of the Steam Community Hub, coming soon. Once you're in the Workshop section, simply click the 'Subscribe' button next to any Workshop Level you want to play and Steam will download it automatically. To find your downloaded Workshop Levels, launch Rocket League, click "Extras" in the main menu, and then click "Workshop".'
This is all they want to share right now, but they'll give us further details in early December. Is this a feature that interests you?
