It's a known fact that the Knights of the Old Republic games are some of the best Star Wars games ever made, and so it will surely be music to the ears of many to hear that Obsidian's Social Media Manager Mikey Dowling said: "We'd love to return to the galaxy far, far away if we had the chance."
These comments came as part of a recent AMA session on Reddit but it's important to note that the above comment was preceded by the remark: "The title is out of our hands as EA has the license for the games."
Obsidian CEO Feargus Urquhart also said: "If you could pitch EA on that for us, I'd be your friend for life." It seems everyone at Obsidian are very easygoing about it, but despite the positivity, it doesn't seem as if we'll be getting a sequel soon. Which other long lost games need sequels?
