Be careful about what game content you share.

Watch Dogs 2's ESRB rating clearly states that the game "contains some sexual material", including full frontal nudity, but neither we or Sony apparently expected it to be this detailed.

NeoGAF user Goron2000 has told his very interesting story about what happened when he shared a sreenshot of explicit female nudity found in the game:

"I received my copy of Watch Dogs 2 on Saturday evening due to a mistake on Amazon Prime Now and I've been having a great time with the game so far. On Sunday evening I accidentally blew up a few women in a back alley with a gas pipe and then I saw *it*; someone at Ubisoft had rendered a full vagina on one (or maybe more) of the females in the game."

"I took a picture of this funny oversight with the in game camera and shared it on twitter (Warning! Contains graphic nudity!) for my friends to see and I posted it in one of the Watch Dogs early release threads on here. Cut to tonight where I can't access any services while playing the game and then when I tried to sign in there was a very brief message about my account being suspended."

It turns out that Sony has suspended him for a week because he shared "content of an adult or sexual nature" that is against their code of conduct, specifically the paragraph that states:

"Make sure your Online ID, messages, forum posts, user generated content or any other form of communication are not offensive to others: do not post anything that is defamatory (making an untrue statement that may be damaging to the person concerned) or racially, ethnically, religiously or sexually offensive."

This begs the question: who is in the right here? Goron2000 has been suspended after using Sony's Share function to post an image from a game that Sony has allowed to be distributed on their system. On the other hand, Goron2000 has clearly done something that violates their code of conduct. This is a very intriguing dilemma, and it'll be interesting to see how, or if, it develops. For the time being we advise you to think twice before posting similar content from the game. Who do you think is in the wrong?
