Microsoft's Xbox One has beaten Sony's Playstation 4 for the last two months in the UK, but it seems like releasing the Playstation 4 Pro might have put an and to that trend, as MCV reports that the sales were up 204% during the launch week. Almost two thirds of all sold PlayStation 4 units were the Pro and combined Sony sold 44% more consoles than Microsoft.
While some might have expected an even bigger difference, it is still impressive numbers considering that Xbox One had an 85% bump since last week, mainly due to Microsoft running a campaign with lower prices for the old Xbox One model.
