Despite the Switch finally getting revealed by Nintendo last month (here's everything we know), we still don't know the price tag of the upcoming Nintendo Switch, which is scheduled to be released in March next year. A potential leak from Tesco back when we called it the NX indicated it could be £349.99 but now we may have just received another clue from the Canadian branch of Toys R Us.

They have added the Switch to their homepage for reservation with the price of 329 Canadian dollars (€224 / £193). While it probably is a placeholder, it's possible that if you reserve it at this price now they will honour their sale if it turns out to be more. Therefore we suspect it might end up in this ballpark if Toys R Us aren't gamblers. Does this price sound feasible?

Update: Since this piece was published we've learnt of yet another rumour of the Nintendo Switch's price, this time that it could start at £199.99.

The rumour states that retailer GAME has been informed of Nintendo Switch's wholesale price for retailers, and is planning on selling the basic SKU of the system in shops for £199.99. There is also allegedly another version of the system with a game built in and more storage, coming in at £249.99. In regards to the Switch Pro Controllers, they will allegedly be £39.99.
