The Dishonored 2 Steam page has updated to include the notification "Incorporates 3rd-party DRM: Denuvo Antitamper" and "5 different PC within a day machine activation limit", meaning that Dishonored 2 uses Denuvo DRM.

Denuvo DRM is designed to stop piracy and has been extremely successful in doing so in the past, although it is relatively unusual that their is a notification about it being used in a game, the same notification also appearing on the page for Planet Coaster. What's stranger is that previously released games that use the DRM don't have that notification, so maybe it only applies to unreleased games.

Either way, now we know and hopefully that will stop Dishonored 2 suffering piracy after its release. What do you think of the inclusion of Denuvo DRM?
