Bethesda has released a beta version of an update for Skyrim Special Edition on PC that is accessible via Steam, fixing some minor issues with the game. Here are the issues Bethesda claim to address:

- General performance and optimisation improvements
- Fixed rare issue with NPCs not appearing in proper locations
- Fixed issue with saves erroneously being marked as Modded, even though no mods are active
- Updated some sound files to not use compression

To access the update you have to log in to Steam, right click on Skyrim Special Edition in your library, then go into settings and then betas. After that a drop down menu should appear, in which you select beta, wait for the game to update and then the beta version should appear in your library. Have you been having issues with the game?
