A new entry in the Zero Escape series has been announced, but it's not a new game like some may have hoped. Zero Escape: The Nonary Games is to be a combination of two separate games; Zero Escape: Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors (999) and Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward. The games will come to PS4, PS Vita and PC.
The third and possibly final Zero Escape game released back in June for 3DS, PS Vita and PC, and this announcement means fans will be able to get the complete trilogy of Zero Escape games on PC and PS Vita for the first time. This is also the first time we've seen Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors on any console other than the Nintendo DS, and the game has been rebuilt from the ground up with HD graphics and dual audio. We aren't quite sure what this means for the game, though, as the initial game featured dual-screen puzzles.
An exact date for Zero Escape: The Nonary Games is yet to be announced, but we do know that it will be hitting your screen sometime in Spring of next year. Would you have rather got a new Zero Escape game?
