Leading publisher EA has confirmed that digital sales on PS4 and Xbox One account for about 30 percent of their total console sales. This number was verified by EA CFO (Chief Financial Officer) Blake J. Jorgensen during an investors call. It is perhaps not as much as you'd think given that EA as a whole started making more revenue digitally than physically a while back, but full game sales on consoles have lagged somewhat behind. There certainly seems to be a great deal of resistance towards fully transitioning over the digital.
