Following six years in Japan, with 15 expansions and 3.5 million booster packs sold, Square Enix has announced that the Final Fantasy trading card game will be available in Europe from today.
The card game is the product of a collaboration between Hobby Japan and Square Enix and the design comes from former TCG pro player Taro Kageyama and Shota Yasooka. Blending strategy, luck and intense gameplay, the European version will come with multiple language options: English, French, German, Italian and Spanish. The visuals and balance will also be tweaked as well.
The first set is called Opus 1 and will feature 216 cards over 30 years of Final Fantasy history, and each card will also have a foil version for the collector's out there.
Opus 1 is available now and for more information about the card game be sure to visit the official website.
