Launching a game initially in lots territories has proven to be quite difficult for many games, and Pokémon Go is just a recent example of a rollout that's been a bit on the slow side.
Now, Nintendo's own Shigeru Miyamoto has revealed that the upcoming Super Mario Run will launch in 150 countries, and that's all during the month of December. In addition, Miyamoto has announced that more than 20 million users have signed up to get notified of the game's launch.
"Previously, we announced that we would be releasing Super Mario Run in more than 100 countries, but we can now say that we plan to release this title in approximately 150 countries for iPhone and iPad in December."
Nintendo also reiterated that the game will have a free version, but that you must pay in order to unlock the full version with no extra fees necessary. Will Super Mario Run be successful?
