Ubisoft has announced that the PC version of Watch Dogs 2 will see a two-week delay, pushing it from November 15 to November 29. The reason for the delay is that they need the extra time for "additional polish and will help ensure the game runs smoothly across a broad range of PC hardware". Hopefully this means that it'll run perfectly if your PC fulfils these system requirements:

Minimum:
• OS: Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10 (64-bit versions only).

• Processor: Intel Core i5 2400S @ 2.5 GHz | AMD FX 6120 @ 3.5 GHz

• RAM: 6GB

• Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 (2GB) | AMD Radeon HD 7870 (2GB) or better

Peripherals
Windows-compatible keyboard and mouse, Microsoft Xbox One Controller, Dual Shock 4 Controller

Recommended:
• OS: Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10 (64-bit versions only).
